Ultimately, the best way to determine if Skye’s the Limit Dog Training is the right fit for you and your dog is to get in touch with us. We offer consultations to discuss your specific needs and goals. Together, we can create a training plan that ensures a happy, harmonious relationship between you and your beloved canine companion.

At Skye’s the Limit Dog Training, we maintain a highly personalized and quality-focused approach to training. We have one head trainer, Skylar Bickart, who oversees the training programs, along with two additional full-time trainers. These trainers were carefully hand-selected and received training directly from Skylar to ensure they meet our high standards.

To maintain quality, consistency, and an individualized approach, we limit the number of dogs each trainer works with at any given time. This allows us to dedicate ample time and attention to each dog’s unique needs and goals.

During your consultation with our head trainer, the trainer who will work with your dog is determined based on a comprehensive assessment of your dog’s specific requirements. Rest assured that all our trainers have Skylar Bickart’s full confidence and are committed to delivering the same level of expertise and care that Skye’s the Limit Dog Training is known for. Your dog’s training experience is in capable and caring hands with our team.

Skye’s the Limit Dog Training is a lifestyle based training program that emphasizes intestinal living and real-life scenarios for training purposes. Our primary objective is to foster behaviors we want all while setting our campers up for a seamless transition to their homes.

In our program, your dog will become an integral part of their trainer’s life living with them full time. The trainer will provide attentive care, treating your dog as if they were their own. Your dog will receive constant supervision and will never be left alone. They will accompany their trainer on errands and field trips, and at night, they will rest comfortably in climate-controlled rooms within appropriately sized crates tailored to their needs.

For our sleep-away camp programs, we have a straightforward payment structure designed to accommodate your needs. To secure your spot, we require a 20% deposit upfront. The remaining balance is divided into two equal payments. The first installment is due on the board and train start date, providing flexibility at the beginning of the program. The final payment is due 2 days before the scheduled go-home date, ensuring a smooth conclusion to your camp experience.

Absolutely! We understand that financing can be helpful, and we want to make our programs accessible to as many people as possible. We offer financing options in partnership with LendingUSA, allowing you to spread the cost of your camp experience over a manageable timeline. Please reach out to us for more information on financing options.

Skye’s the Limit Dog Training accepts dogs that are intact and dogs that have been spayed/neutered.

We do not allow visitation while your dog is at camp. While this might initially seem challenging, it’s actually an important part of the training process. The time apart from you allows for a “reset” in your dog’s relationship and encourages them to focus on their new skills.

However, we understand how much you care about your dog, that’s why you’re working with us! We want to keep you updated. We provide weekly updates with photos and videos, so you can see how your dog is progressing. Additionally, as your dog’s training program progresses, we start incorporating in-person lessons. Around the halfway point of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to reunite with your dog and witness firsthand the amazing progress they’ve made. We’re committed to keeping you informed and involved throughout your dog’s journey with us.

We are located in Truckee, CA and offer dog training San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the entire Bay Area.
